Where do I locate the fuse box of renault scenic?

The cable of the bonnet is not working, how do I fix that?

Fuse box is under dash next to steering wheel, its mini blade fuses not the normal sized ones, as for the bonnet catch is there tension on the catch or totally slack? if its slack its prob snapped , if it feels tight pull while some one bumps on middle front part of bonnet, as its poss a seized catch, once open cover everything with wd40 or spray grease
